The staff was flexible and accommodating. the hotel had particularly nice views over the valley. the location was beautiful and relatively near St Paul's Church. the restaurant served fabulous food.

We really enjoyed good breakfasts!
There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an extra bed, a balcony, and a storage space inside the room. Plus it had an amazing view over courtyard. Great staff and everything was great. It was in an awesome location close to ski lifts.

The location was exceptionally nice and ideal and minutes from a train station. This hotel was set in a calm area. I was given a perfectly clean and cozy room with with nice interior and different games and superb wiew.
The hotel staff was very unpleasant.

This is really a mid-price business hotel in an area of outstanding beauty. It was clean and functional but a bit characterless. The swimming pool and sauna were good and the staff friendly. If you have a room overlooking the valley the view is outstanding.

Convenient location in a quiet area and a big plus was being just a few minutes away from the train station 🚉. It was nice to take a stroll around the city center, which wasn't too far from here.

Had an awesome winter stay here! the location was stunning, super close to the ski and toboggan slopes, plus restaurants. Easy walk from the center too. 🏔️.
